Technical Review Call

Start with the problem, not a pitch.

The first call is a 30-minute technical scoping session. You describe what's broken, what's at risk, or what the requirement is. I tell you whether I can help and what that would involve.

No consultancy pitch, no generic discovery questions. If it's not a good fit, I'll say so.

What to bring to the call

The more specific you are, the more useful the call will be.

  • A clear description of what is broken, slow, or risky — not just that 'NetSuite isn't working'
  • Rough sense of the customisation or integration involved (script type, third-party system, etc.)
  • What outcome you need — not necessarily a solution, but what 'fixed' looks like to your team
  • Timeline pressures, if any (upcoming upgrade, audit, go-live date)

This call is the right fit if...

  • You are at a mid-market company running NetSuite with accumulated technical debt
  • The problem is in the SuiteScript or integration layer, not functional configuration
  • You have no in-house SuiteScript developer to own this work
  • Your current consultancy has not been able to resolve it — or you have outgrown them

If your project is primarily functional implementation, configuration, or general system admin — I am not the right resource, and I will say so in the first few minutes so you can redirect to someone who is.
