Monthly technical ownership

A technical owner for your NetSuite business flow.

An agreed monthly fee for ongoing care of a defined integration or automation. Start with paid onboarding, then agree coverage and capacity around the flow your business relies on.

Agree the flow, then the monthly commitment

A flow might be ecommerce orders arriving in NetSuite, or fulfilment updates returning from a warehouse. The agreement names the scripts, interfaces, and systems covered, along with the people responsible for each side.

The monthly fee reflects complexity, review frequency, response windows, and the agreed improvement allowance. You receive a written scope before committing. Each additional flow is assessed separately.

What ongoing care includes

  • Scheduled reviews of available errors and exceptions, with an agreed escalation route.
  • A maintained runbook covering dependencies, recovery steps, and known limitations.
  • An agreed allowance for small fixes and improvements, prioritised with you.
  • A monthly summary of completed work, outstanding risks, and next priorities.

Start with paid onboarding

Ryzoa first reviews the flow, access, documentation, and known failures. You receive a baseline and a proposed care scope. Substantial remedial work is quoted separately before ongoing care begins.

The proposal sets the monthly fee, start date, minimum term if any, cancellation notice, and how unused improvement capacity is treated.

Clear limits protect the work

This is a solo specialist service with scheduled availability. It does not include 24/7 incident response, unlimited changes, or guaranteed uptime. Response windows are agreed in writing and are distinct from resolution times.

Major rebuilds, new integrations, and third-party platform outages sit outside the monthly improvement allowance. Your team retains control of production approvals and access.
